This image shows a black dog, with an election slogan around its neck, which reads 'Vote for Lynch - Free trade' A General Election was held in 1906 when Lynch, the Liberal Candidate was elected MP. An election took place again in 1910, but Lynch failed to secure enough votes. Henry Finnis Blosse Lynch was born 18 Apr 1862 in London and died 24 Nov 1913 in Calais, France.
